Isabelle here at the keyboard.
A while back, mom signed us up to do the Buddy Walk for the Down Syndrome Association of Hampton Roads. It raises money for the association, but it also raises awareness and compassion for people with Down Syndrome and their families.
We walked to support Mika.
Mika is Karen's daughter and the resident Fairy Dog Daughter of our dog park!
I mostly strolled in my customized Team Mika ride.
They see me rolling, they hatin |
Mom let me out occasionally to sniff, but mostly she bribed me with cheerios to keep me in the stroller. I really wanted to get out and walk with everyone else, but my coughing got in the way.

It was a great day, and we were happy to be there! We can't wait to go again next year.
GO TEAM MIKA!
Issabelly oh you are adorables in your stroller!
ReplyDeleteIsabelle, I agree with the Girls...you rock that stroller! We are just so proud of you for participating in such a good cause...and having fun too! I miss Cheerios...I can't have them any more since going grain-free.

ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic in the stroller and what a great cause
ReplyDeleteIsabelle, you sure are riding in style! I love how your stroller has a little sun-shade on top. And smart of you to require some cheerios as part of the agreement, too. That was nice of you to raise money for the association.
